With the embedded (Mn65-Q) knitting method, the overlapping point of warp and weft is not prominent with a flat surface and uniform force. The hardness is HB180-230, which has good plasticity and toughness. When the manganese steel mesh is subjected to intense impact and friction, the surface will be strongly hardened by plastic deformation, and the surface hardness can be increased to HRC60 or even higher, thus obtaining a higher wear resistance, while the interior still maintains a high plasticity and toughness. When the old surface is worn, the new surface will form a wearing layer, so the service life can reach 4-8 times of the ordinary mesh. Therefore, it is mostly used in large-scale coal mine industry. It can also be used as a protective screening for professional mechanical vibration screening machine, roller screening machine, electromagnetism high frequency screening machine and asphalt mixer.
